Kiran teaches parents, schools, and organizations the mindsets, communication skills, and behavior that create cultures of inclusion, resilience, and thriving in our uncertain, ever changing world. She's also a busy working mom who practices what she preaches! While highlighting the need for the workplace culture and family members to support and encourage working moms, Kiran discusses why working parents should embrace their professional goals as well as how to remain connected to their children and family life in a world that seems to be constantly telling parents, but especially moms, that they can either work or be a parent, but never both.
