Most women think the goal is to "make it."
But what happens when you do… and something in you still says there's more?
In today's episode, I sit down with Lorraine Fagela—founder of Sweets & Co Cafe (in Maine) and Hand + Heart Gluten Free, mother, wife, and serial entrepreneur—who built success early in a male-dominated industry, owned her own insurance brokerage, and retired at 36.
She could have stayed there. She didn't.
After stepping away, traveling internationally, and living a completely different chapter of life, Lorraine chose to come back—and build again.
Not because she had to. Because she knew she was meant to.
This conversation is about the kind of woman who doesn't stay where she's comfortable… even when it looks good on paper.

In this episode I sit down with New Hampshire's own lady leading the charge with empowering women with firearms, safety and community. Meet Charity Willis- I met her when I became a firearms instructor as she helped put a powerful group of women together for this class. She taught us a lot about how to be empowered no matter what life throws at you. She is the founder of PEARLS- which is a women's group (you'll have to listen to learn what that means).

Tiffany Lathrop didn't plan on building Maine's first heated yoga and barre studio in southern Maine (known as The Daily Sweat, located in Kennebunk). She just needed somewhere to breathe.
Tiffany and her husband packed up and moved to Oregon- on a whim! It was inside a barre studio there that she started to put the pieces of her life back together. But things didn't stay steady in Oregon for long.
They moved again—this time to Maine and within two months, Tiffany lost her dad. And while most people would've slowed down, Tiffany took on three teaching jobs across three different states. All while holding on to a quiet, relentless voice inside that said: there has to be more.
That voice turned into The Daily Sweat—a radically inclusive space built not out of strategy or trend, but survival and heart. Now celebrating 6 years in business, Tiffany shares the unfiltered truth about grief, grit, starting over, and creating the kind of community she wished existed when she needed it most.
🔥 In This Episode:How unexpected loss changed everything
The burnout and bravery behind her early years in Maine
What it really takes to start something when you feel broken
The power of sweat, connection, and showing up raw
Why community isn't a luxury—it's a lifeline
