Drawing inspiration from Habakkuk 2, I emphasize the importance of creating a clear vision, trusting in divine timing, and persevering through challenges. I break down five key success tips to help you navigate your journey:
Have a Plan: Educate yourself, create a roadmap, and understand the steps needed to achieve your goal.
Set a Start Date: Commit to a date to begin and establish benchmarks to track your progress.
Address Environmental Factors: Update your surroundings to support your goal, whether it's cleaning out your kitchen or investing in equipment.
Build a Support System: Communicate your goals to those around you and seek their support in your journey.
Overcome Obstacles: Identify and combat spiritual, physiological, and psychological obstacles that may hinder your progress. Pray, fast, and reprogram your thoughts to align with God's truth.

In this episode, Melissa shares her personal story – from a high-achieving college student to a wife and mother of five, and how unexpected life events led her to entrepreneurship. She candidly discusses the challenges and seasons of surrender she faced, including a year-long hiatus from business due to pregnancy complications and depression, and how obedience to God's call to adopt has blessed her life and business.

We delve into the importance of having a website for both business and ministry. Melissa explains that while it's possible to run a business without a website, it's not sustainable. A website works for you 24/7, collecting leads and allowing you to control the customer journey, unlike social media where content is fleeting.
Melissa also breaks down the cost benefits of using a website template versus custom design. With her templates, you get the advantage of professional design and strategy at a fraction of the cost, along with six months of email support and monthly live Q&A calls – a level of support that's rare in the industry.
For those in ministry, Melissa emphasizes that a well-designed website can significantly contribute to growth by providing a strong first impression and making information easily accessible. It's the hub for all your activities, from hosting podcasts to managing one-on-one client interactions.
We also touch on the power of systems like email list building through your website. Melissa shares her success with tripwires – low-cost offers linked to freebies that help monetize and grow her email list automatically.

Welcome back, beautiful sister, to another episode of the She's Called and Confident podcast. Today, we're diving deep into a topic that resonates with many of us: the quest for clarity in our calling and assignments. I know how frustrating it can be to feel uncertain about your direction, and I'm here to guide you through it.
The Psychology of Clarity
To understand the struggle with clarity, we'll explore some psychology, specifically Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. This theory is depicted as a pyramid with five levels, starting with the most basic needs at the bottom.
The Five Stages of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs:Physiological Needs: These are the essentials like food, water, shelter, clothing, and sleep. If you're stressed and your sleep is affected, it's challenging to move up the pyramid.
Safety and Security: This level includes health, employment, and a sense of safety. If you're holding onto trauma, it's crucial to reassure your body that it's safe to pursue your purpose.
Love and Belonging: We all need connections through friendships, family, and intimacy. If you're feeling lonely, it's vital to address this need to progress further.
Self-Esteem: Confidence, achievement, and respect from others fall here. Your identity in Christ should be so strong that others' opinions don't shake you.
Self-Actualization: At the pyramid's peak, we find creativity, acceptance, and life fulfillment. This is where everyone wants to be, operating in their calling and purpose.
To reach the top of the pyramid, you must ensure that your basic needs are met. This includes getting enough sleep, ensuring your safety, surrounding yourself with love and support, and being rooted in your identity in Christ.
How I Can HelpIf you're struggling to find clarity and feel stuck, I'm here to help. I offer one-on-one coaching and mentorship to help you move from uncertainty to fulfillment. You can apply for a call with me through the link provided.
