Take my podcast, She Is Going Somewhere, as an example. Relaunching it meant developing new systems, recording + editing my intro, building a hype team, and dedicating serious time to editing, scheduling, and promoting episodes. Every piece of this puzzle required planning—and more importantly, a willingness to learn as I went. So yes, there is real effort behind launching a podcast but that does not mean the work is not worth it!

Walking away from $7,500 system builds might sound crazy, but it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Why? Because scaling bigger would’ve required me to manage an agency-style business—and that’s not aligned with the life I want.
