HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!
Back from my mini hiatus and ready to dive into another great episode. In this episode, I will discuss my journey on chosen celibacy and the importance of waiting. The vow to wait until marriage was influenced by the last toxic relationship, so I made a promise to God that I would abstain from sexual intercourse and reject anything that has any sexual undertone (music, books, tv,ect.). This journey is very important to me, because I want to respect myself and be a great example to my daughter. Furthermore, ask yourself if waiting is worth it. If I stay true to my vow that I made to God back when i was 13 years old, life would look so different for me. Allow me to be very vulnerable with you as I share my journey on celibacy.

I AM FREE!! In this episode, I talk about my journey to freedom and allowing myself to be free from all the pain and hurt that I've experienced over the past few months. We are truly going through a whirlwind of crazy events in society, which is impacting on how we view life. I want to talk to you about the importance of freeing yourself from the tribulations of the world. Furthermore, this journey to freedom led me to understanding my worth and valuing who I am as a strong black woman.
What do you want to free from? Think about the many things that have been holding you back and not allowing you to fulfill the best version of yourself. Lastly, with so much happening in the world, we have to seek freedom from to bring us peace of mind.

Have you ever had your heartbroken? That is a question that is accompanied with a yes. This episode will dive deep into my personal experience with being heartbroken by my daughter's father. I will discuss the best methods on how to heal a broken heart, and how I am using my methods to cope. Also, I am giving you guys a brief update on motherhood, which is going really well.I hope you all receive a lot of lessons from this episode, and if you are feeling heartbroken I am here to support you through it. Healing is my main focus right now, and letting the hurt go is the first process to mending my broken heart. Tell me how you are able to cope with a broken heart. Happy New Year!!! it's been awhile since my last episode and I missed you guys. So much has happened in the last few months that i would like to share in this episode. My beautiful baby girl as official arrived and she was born on December 30, 2019. I am so excited about being a new mom, and this little princess has taught me the biggest lesson in life. I would like to thank all my listeners for their outpouring of love and support. This journey hasn't been easy, especially raising my daughter by myself. In this episode, I would like to speak on postpartum depression, breastfeeding, being a NICU mom, and birth experience. This episode is very special, because this is posted on my actual due date February 3rd. Please help me celebrate what would've been my princess birthday. Happy Birthday to Me!!!!
In the face of adversity it can be hard to see the blessings that are right before you. We allow the troubles of life to overshadow the things we should be most grateful for. Such as, our family, friends, jobs, education, and just life in general. I know I fell victim to not appreciating blessings that are in my life, because I felt God was taking too long to bless me with the major things I desired. Well, my mindset needed to change drastically. Not only was I being ungrateful, but I failed to recognize the blessings that I already posed and should’ve appreciated a lot more. This is something that many of us have gone through, and in this special episode I want to focus on the blessings that God gives to us daily. We really need to get out of the habit of measuring our blessings, because it blinds us from the reason why we receive the blessing in the first place. Take a deeper look at your life and know that blessings are happening for you every second of the day. Look within yourself and know that you’re a blessing to someone’s life. That leads me to my greatest blessings and that is becoming a mother for the first time. I have accomplished a lot in my life, but this has to be the greatest blessing God has bestowed upon me. Pray for me through this new journey into motherhood and thank you all for blessings me with the opportunity to share my story on my podcast.

Welcome Back to Season 2!!!!!
Sometimes we don’t know the direction that life is taking us. When we plan for the future, a life event alters our plan and takes us on a different journey. Furthermore, it gets frustrating at times and even discouraging, because you have a vision that you would like to execute and here comes the roadblock. Over the years, I have experience this in such a major way that I question the direction where my life was headed. I think “direction” is subjective, and we allow the views from the world, family, and friends to determine the direction of life. Not only is this dangerous, but it can lead down a route that is unsafe, unstable, and unhealthy. What can you do make sure your path in life is heading down the right direction? This episode will provide a few steps that are helpful to me, and keep you walking in the right direction.
1) Eliminate the outside commentary
2) Trust God’s Plan
3) Never underestimate your current path
4) Stop focusing on the direction, but the end goal
5) Walk freely in your own path

We Made It!!! This is the final episode for season 1 and I am so excited that I have reached another milestone. This episode, I will discuss the importance of supporting yourself and celebrating the individuals that support you. All my life, I begged for my mother for support on all my endeavors. Unfortunately, the support from my mother was absence, which impacted me greatly. Furthermore, I focus my energy on the people that support me consistently. I understand that finding support is hard to find, but don't allow that to distract you from fulfilling your dreams. Being an entrepreneur is not easy, and I support the vision that God gave me to start this podcast. So, if you don't feel the support around you, look inside yourself and know that you will make it. Communication is the most important skill we all need to improve on daily. In this episode, I share my own experiences on how to properly communicate and eliminate conflict when you communicate effectively. We rely so much on our devices to communicate that it's moving us away from face-to-face interaction. We must understand the fundamentals of communication, and realize that it's a two-way process. I struggled with communication all my life and I working to improve on how I communicate in my relationships that I interact with on daily. Never stop working on your communication skills, which will lead to conflict resolution.

LOVE! This four letter word is so powerful and in this episode, I will discuss the importance of love. After my break up from my ex, I didn't think I was capable of loving another man or another man loving me. Now, I am blessed to be in a new relationship with an amazing man who makes it so comfortable to love again. Love is a feeling that we need to express to one another daily. We must make it a priority to understand how to love and educate ourselves on the meaning of love. Furthermore, I will share some of my favorite scriptures that provide a great overview on love and I hoping that it will enlightening you. Let love conquer over hate, and as generation do a better job spreading love to anyone we encounter.
