She's Great in That

NEW SEASON ALERT! Shay and Allie are kicking off on our brooms and soaring into the storied career of Kirsten Dunst! We've decided to go a little out of order and start the season with a bang (and lots of tears) as we talk about the English dub of Hayao Miyazaki's Kiki's Delivery Service!

For folks in NYC, we are introducing Bring It On (in 35mm) at Nitehawk Prospect Park on April 13th! Tickets are available HERE!

(Shay is very sorry for screaming the entire time)

Shay and Allie have reached the end!!!!! JK...not really. We've reached the end of her filmography, but it's not the end of our Pfeiffer Pfever (stay tuned). In this episode, we talk about Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, French Exit, and some superhero movies at some point...

We made it. It's here: The Pfeifferssance. Shay and Allie discuss mother!, Murder on the Orient Express, Where is Kyra? and The Wizard of Lies. SHE'S BACK BITCH!

Shay and Allie are back to talk about FOUR Michelle Pfeiffer films while also watching Tournament of Champions (the cooking competition) in the background! We discuss PERSONAL EFFECTS (2008), CHÉRI (2009), DARK SHADOWS (2012), and THE FAMILY (2012)!

Shay and Allie give their immediate reaction to the Oscar nominations!

These are hot hot hot takes; we'll def watch most of the films before the actual ceremony. Allie's cat thinks our takes are so spicy he tries to cancel us !!!!

Shay and Allie talk about the other two 2007 Michelle P. movies: Matthew Vaughn's STARDUST and Amy Heckerling's *checks notes* I COULD NEVER BE YOUR WOMAN...

WE ARE BACK BAYBEE!!

Shay (whose audio is funky, srry) and Allie talk about thee last great movie musical: Adam Shankman's HAIRSPRAY (2007)

A very mumbly Shay and Allie go long on Sofia Coppola's THE BLING RING!

(At some point, Allie's Alexa started ranting when we said "Alexa Chung" and it was terrifying)

We've entered a new month and a new decade of Michelle! We discuss WHAT LIES BENEATH (2000), I AM SAM (2001, ugh), and WHITE OLEANDER.

Shay and Allie go in on the two best films of 2021 so far! Seriously!
