Deborah Hüller went from Analyst to Partner in consulting in just over a decade. Today, she is Partner at IBM Consulting, a voice for digital transformation, AI and women in leadership and works four days a week.
But her career didn’t always look this balanced.
For years, Deborah put her career first. She worked long hours, slept four to six hours a night and had little time left for life outside of work.
Until she started questioning her own definition of success.
