Throughout the episode, you will hear Demecia elaborate on how starting her self love journey lead to her putting healing as a priority in her life. We all have moments in life when we don't focus on ourselves or our own needs. We tend to always put other people's needs or matters before ourselves. However, at some point in our lives we have to make ourselves a priority and heal from all of our own personal problems. Let's take a stand together to work toward healing being a priority and not an option.
