Serge brings special experience to us, he's the father of a son on the spectrum, but is also a firefighter, EMT, and soldier in the Army National Guard. He combines all these experiences to share his perspective on how to stay positive in the face of challenges, how to support our peers, and discusses his incredible nonprofit, Operation Silent Battles.

Personal experience and working with dads of special needs kids has given Eric a unique outlook. We discuss the process of counseling men in this situation, our journey together, and advice for how to try to become the best version of ourselves through this adversity.
