Today on Shifts and Giggles, I’m joined by someone who wears more hats than most of us own—Nancy Scherlong! Nancy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a certified coach, a registered poetry and journal therapist, and basically a one-woman wellness center.
She’s spent over 20 years helping people find healing through words, creativity, and connection—whether it’s through writing, psychodrama, or just plain being human.
Nancy works with everyone from teens to adults, helping folks navigate stress, life transitions, and the occasional existential meltdown—with a whole lot of heart and a deep toolkit of integrative therapies.
She's trained in everything from trauma-informed care to holistic health, and she brings both clinical chops and soul to the work she does.
Basically, if you’ve ever wanted to journal your way to feeling better—or just talk to someone who gets it—Nancy’s your person. I'm so excited to have her here today.
Welcome to Shifts and Giggles, Nancy!
