I honestly had a blank slate this morning. I felt like I was riding the struggle bus on a familiar route called I'm not worthy. Yet, instead of tuning into the negative narrative, I made shift happen and aligned my mind with the Divine, imagining my life as the most magnificent movie with that happy ending energy. I turned on the camera to discuss the characteristics of being in fight mode and flow mode...and then this happened!

Too often, we allow the world to define who we are. We become defined by our titles, our roles, our experiences. When instead, we should allow ourselves to be expansive, defined by the Divine.

My commitment to educational innovation led me to spearhead innovation grants, advise the Gates Foundation and the White House, and develop a Learning and Performance department to transform a high growth tech company from 450 employees valued at $600 million to over 1,300 employees worth $2.7 billion. What inspired such an atypical career pathway? My daughter’s love of horses and desire to compete in the Olympics.

As a single mom, I drove my baby girl home from the hospital by myself, and had to figure out how I was going to support her without a dime of maintenance or child support. There were years that were harder than words can capture, yet one thing I have learned is how to turn any obstacle into an opportunity. DISCOVERY: It turns out, the answers are within me... In my femininity and intuition. And this week, my LIVE was from the depths of my heart! It was a bit scary to be so authentic and real... I got really personal and talked about the aftermath of breast cancer and my perception of beauty and breasts... EEEK!
