Most people in America follow the opposite routine and focus on breakfast, such as bagels, slices of bread, or oatmeal with juice which at firsts feels like a good meal. Studies have shown that a low amount of Melatonin increases the risk of cancer. I have a tip for the audience for their night time, put on blue light blocking glasses as blue light is the light that comes out of the fluorescent lights. It is also known as junk lights, and it takes resources away from other things and helps the brain relax. The body regulates cortisol which is a stress hormone, and it goes down, eventually assisting the body to produce melatonin naturally and have a good sleep.” Replied Ben.
