The all-too-common imposter syndrome...where you feel like a fraud, like you're not good enough, that everyone else is already doing it so why bother, like you don't deserve or aren't worthy of success, recognition, or attention. Most of us have experienced imposter syndrome at some point in our lives—whether in business, at work, at school, or with friends. And yes, it is real and debilitating.
