In this solo episode, I bring to light some of the realisations I've had around my wellbeing and my relationship to my work; both outer and inner.  And how I feel we are collectively shifting from a very masculine dominated outward-work mentality into a more feminine, emotional, intuitive inward-work flow.  A restructuring of how we look after ourselves, whats important and a prioritising of the inner work and healing.  A realising that the inner work is the most important work!  And that through this process of inward focusing, the medicine and outward work comes naturally.
