Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Shim, Shin, and Andrew! Hope your holidays are blessed. The boys are back with yet another episode. Although the time in between each episode is long and inconsistent, we still met up to give you guys another session. This week, we discuss couple things that we think might be overrated.. or underrated.. or properly rated? Give us your thoughts (please don't kill us) and take our takes with a grain of salt. Mmm Yeah Ooooh You′ve got me feeling emotions. For our younger crowd and Shin-- that's a reference to Mariah Carey's hit song.. anyway, we're back with another episode. The boys share their unqualified thoughts on emotions and emotional health but the discussion seems to naturally steer itself to talking about sharing. As guys, we have a hard time sharing with others our thoughts, feelings, and what we may be going through. So bear with us as this episode is a little bit all over the place but you might be able to find a few nuggets of laughter and maybe profound thoughts (yea right)!

After a week's hiatus, the boys are back with another small group session but this time, with a very special guest, Jessica Shin! We ask her to diagnose us for our speech and cognitive ability to improve our verbal communication. But more importantly, Shim And Shin ask Jess to help with their communication skills with the females. Being one of the best SLP DSLR ABC doctors and also a married woman, Jess provides awesome insight and a lot of laughs to this episode! Make sure you listen to this one!

The boys almost didn't make it this week but they were able to piece together a fun episode just in time! This week's small group time consists of many questions from our "inbox".
