Frustrating to listen to

The information is great but the narrator is very hard to understand with her thick accent. I find myself trying to understand what she's saying rather than listening to the message.

Her voice is too difficult to listen to.

Ms. Smith's accent Is so pronounced/strong that it was too uncomfortable to finish listening to this audio book. It gave me a headache! She needs someone else to narrate her books. I'll never order another book by her. SORRY
