What if your life was already wonderful but you just didn't notice it, this might be the case and often times this is the case we just don't see it. We have been gifted with a another beautiful day but the way we see it is often times skewed. I Invite you to take a step back and just notice the wonder and miracles that happen in your life everyday, noticing this is the first part of seeing that your life is already wonderful and you can feel good about it right now. 

When you have the inspiration to do something or create something that is a expression of you, The only question to ask is "what do I want to experience " that is the only thing that should matter. If the idea or vision was birth into you, you have everything that you need right now to bring it into fruition. 

Be the light of your own life and choose to shine. I see that is absolutely natural for us to wake up and love life with no agenda. You can be the reason that life is a Joyful experience you can be the reason that life is good. Just be the light of your own life be radiant and express your brilliance.

On this episode we are going to be nice to you. We are constantly judging ourselves and the world around us sometimes these judgements are great " wow its a beautiful day " sometimes the judgements are not so great " dang life sucks". This is a constant dialogue that is happening all the time, and unfortunately we have been condition to have a lot of judgements and opinions that are not supportive to what we actually want to experience and see in life. Most of the judgements we have are about ourselves because we are the most important person in our life.
