I am the portal

They become all that they already are

To change lives and empower millions

This guided meditation is a short and simple way to drop from your head to your heart and feel into your heart's wisdom as you sink deeply into somatic feeling.

In our culture we sadly are encouraged to live a busy, rushed go-go-go lifestyle, and it takes intentionality, mindfulness, and deep somatic embodiment to sink deeply into "being" versus doing.

This is a short mindfulness practice that you can listen to on busy days to carve out that time for self-care and self-love.
