The Shine Your Soul Podcast is for anyone affected by Suicide or mental health issues of any kind. I’m not a doctor or mental health professional, but I AM a mom who lost my daughter to suicide two years ago. From my deepest pain and loss has come a new passion for life. I hope you’ll join me on this quest to honor some of my daughter’s last words, “Shine your soul on this world as you are meant to.”
