Positive Self Talk is a powerful tool and life changing practise that can transform your life by increasing your self esteem, your self worth and your self confidence

So why not make the time every day to develop that positive self talk muscle within you.

When we choose to listen to a self talk script you can simply just listen to the words being spoken, and absorb them, but how about repeating them silently in your head or out loud for a more empowering experience, really feel the emotions of each statement, which over time and through repetition will enable you to reprogram your subconscious beliefs by rewiring your neural pathways which I feel is awesome!

Today I am going to be taking you through a self talk script that will focus on forgiveness

I chose to write and to include this script in my latest book “Love Self Talk” because forgiveness is an important aspect of our lives.

At some point in time we have all been either the givers and the receivers of forgiveness.

Forgiveness takes courage and the awareness that we need to improve and that maybe we were not right and giving forgiveness takes strength.

Try and think of forgiveness is a gift that we give to ourselves and to others.

I believe that forgiveness is a powerful tool that can help us heal from emotional pain, let go of grudges, and will enable us to move on from these negative experiences.

It allows us to release anger, resentment, and bitterness and instead, we get to choose to focus on positive emotions such as love, empathy, and kindness.

Forgiveness is not always an easy process, because it requires us to let go of our ego, pride, and need for revenge.

It also means accepting responsibility for our own actions and choosing to see the situation from the other person's perspective.

But the benefits of forgiveness are immense.

It can improve our relationships, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. In order to practice forgiveness, it is important to start by acknowledging our feelings and expressing them in a healthy way.

We can then try to understand the other person's point of view and find empathy for their situation.

One important fact to mention here is that forgiveness is not a substitute for accountability and for some situations it may also mean that we don’t forget.

Abusive or toxic people do need to be cut out of your life and even if you may choose to forgive them so that you can be set free, it does not mean that you wish to reconcile with that person!

We forgive and we release those negative emotions so that we can move forward with a sense of peace and closure.

This also applies if you have made a mistake, yes you need to forgive yourself so that you can make amends, improve yourself and try your best to not repeat your actions in the future.

Forgiveness is a powerful tool that can bring immense benefits to our lives.

By choosing to forgive, we can let go of negative emotions and focus on positive ones, improving our relationships and overall well-being.

Today I am sharing a bonus episode Today we are going to focus on the energies surrounding Easter

Easter means different things to different people.

For some its a Christian holiday which marks the important events in the bible; when Jesus died on the cross and rose again.

And for some its the joy of easter egg hunts and receiving those delicious chocolate eggs.

These days Easter is represented by eggs: which have the symbolic meaning of new life and rebirth.

It is thought that the tradition of eggs became a custom in the medieval period.

Eating eggs was forbidden during the period of Lent (The 40 days before Easter) so on Easter Sunday having an egg was a real treat!

This Easter inspired Self Talk Script therefore focuses on our blessings in life, rebirth, love, joy, beauty, happiness and celebration.

It is also the day when the Sun moves into the first sign of the Astrological Calendar - fiery Aries, which is ruled by Mars the Warrior!

I chose to write this friendship script because friendships are such an important part of our lives.

They bring joy, comfort, and a sense of belonging. However, it's important to recognise that friendships require effort from both parties involved.

It's important to give and receive equally, to show appreciation and gratitude towards one another.

A true friendship is built on trust, mutual respect, and a willingness to be there for each other through thick and thin.

So, take the time to acknowledge your friendships and put in the effort to make them thrive.

Because at the end of the day, having true friends by your side is one of life's greatest blessings

Today I am going to be taking you through a self talk script that will focus on family love.

I chose to write and to include this script in my latest book “Love Self Talk” because for most of us family is the most important set of relationships we will ever have.

Interactions with our parents and family members, beginning in childhood, shape our core beliefs about ourselves and the world.

And those daily interactions with our closest loved ones can create a positive mindset or perpetuate negative patterns and habits.

Therefore this Family inspired self talk can help re-frame old ways of thinking and create the positive, strong relationships we want to have a happy life.

Studies actually show that our core beliefs about ourselves and our capabilities are formed before age 7 and form our identity as we mature.

Because these self limiting beliefs are so deeply embedded, it can be incredibly difficult to change them in adulthood, which is why working with positive self talk can be so powerful for so many people.

So whether we want to change our own mindset, rediscover what is possible and positive in our lives; support the happiness of our spouses and partners; raising happy confident children or overcoming toxic traits in our families, positive self talk can promote strong, healthy bonding and help each family member to reach their true potential.

If you wish to make this more personal so that you can focus on a specific person within your family, just replace the word family with their name.

I chose to write and include this script within my latest book which focuses on many aspects connected to the theme of love because any relationship at some point or another may need some positive energy or perhaps even a completely new narrative particularly if you have been experiencing challenging times.

We all want to have a relationship filled with understanding, love and intimacy, however, achieving the dream relationship doesn’t always occur unintentionally.

Anyone who wants to build a successful relationship must be committed to making it work.

By working with this particular script overtime, you will be able to replace a negative mindset with a more positive one.

This relationship script will therefore improve communication, self-esteem, emotional well-being, reduce conflict or stress, increase mindfulness, and also work towards long-term sustainability and renewed focus.
