Best known for his work on organizational development (OD) spanning over three decades, the illustrious Dr. Douglas O’Loughlin shares from his treasure trove of insights and knowledge. Douglas who’s certified in a wide range of instruments and assessments, has co-founded several OD Networks, written numerous articles and blogs, spoken at conferences, is a TEDx speaker, and he has also written the book ‘Facilitating Transformation: 12 Strategies for Creating Breakthroughs with Groups’. Meet the extremely gifted and award-winning photographer, Vidyun Hebbar from Bangalore, India, who is also our youngest guest ever! 

Mentored by his father (who is also an award-winning wildlife photographer), Vidyun was awarded the highly coveted ‘Young Wildlife Photographer of the Year’ in 2021 and the ‘Wildlife Photographer of the Year’ in the 10 years and under category in 2020 by the Natural History Museum, London.
