Registrations for The Shiva in 2017 are closing on March the 5th, so this podcast is here to round up the last of the newbies. If you don't know what Shiva is about or are tossing up whether to join, have a listen and then just bloody do it! Once again we come at you with mediocre sound mixing, with BennyMacca's vocal chords dominating proceedings this time. We talk draft parties, player stocks rising or falling on the back of JLT performances, tips for newbies and the year ahead on this episode of the SHIVA BLAST!

Footy season may still be 2 months away, but let’s be honest, for most of us it’s never too early to start thinking about it. We’re back and revealing the results to the end of year survey, determining what Shiva will look like this year - needless to say, some people will be very happy! We also outline our plan for the year ahead in this year’s first episode of the SHIVA BLAST

This is the final pod for the year - The Shiva Awards. I can’t be bothered doing any more of a writeup than that!

The end of Shiva year is here. We cover heartbreak, elation and every feeling in between. After running through the 20 league winners for the year, we speak to 2-time winner and most prodigious performer in Shiva history John Ford. Slightly less decorated, reinstated Div 1 alum Matt McGrath and Rob Rainbird also feature. There’s many end-of-season stats to cover and a surprise announcement on Part 1 of the final episode of the SHIVA BLAST!

It’s Grand Final week and somehow, both Pod hosts have made it to the big dance. We cover the casualties from around the league which include a lot of the guests we’ve had on the pod this year. An in-depth stats segment including work from an extra contributor dive into what has helped made a winning Shiva team this year. We speak to Commissioner Douth ahead of the Grand Final catchup, drag Tim Marsh out from behind his computer and preview our week ahead on the GF edition of the SHIVA BLAST!

Ever wanted to hear two nervous men lose complete confidence in their ability to be competitive when it really matters? Bennymacca and Patch appear to have the mentality of the Australian Olympic Team as they prepare for their prelim finals. So that we don’t spend the whole pod talking about our own teams, we talk to Div 8 finalist Coach Paige Cardona and tap into the sadness of the relegated by catching up with Div 2’s newest member Coach Justin Zelones. This week's episode comes a day early to fit in with BennyMacca's busy schedule - he's obviously planning a new blog entry for http://bennymacca.com. We complete the league set of inspections by looking at the Champions League - with either phone-in or written interviews with the remaining 7 coaches. How exactly are there 7 coaches remaining? That's something that you're going to have to listen in to find out. The potential Div 1 additions share their journey to the finals and advice for all remaining Shiva coaches in the competition.
