Her voice is very clear, so it's not too hard to hear what she's saying, so you'd understand. She uses different grammar in a sentence which sounds very natural, but easy to understand. So this doesn't sound absolute beginner! You'll be surprised how much you can understand.

She's using grammar points from Genki 1,2 = JLPT N4/N5. Simple and Easy, but some of the sentences would be a little challenging because she combines different grammar points in a sentence,  which Japanese people do all the time.
