He explains that stopping TRT can cause an endocrine “sloshing” effect and may be a longer-term commitment for some, unlike peptides. For peptides, he chooses MOTS-C for mitochondrial and cellular efficiency (ATP, insulin sensitivity, fat oxidation) and RTA (sold as “Gold 3”) for physical benefits and, most importantly, reducing addictive/dopamine-driven food behaviors and mental bandwidth spent resisting cravings.
