Mike Poysden has been the head boys basketball coach at Perkiomen Valley HS since 2012.   Since then, Mike has totally reignited the PV Hoops program, winning the PAC 10 Championship in his first season as head coach, and then again in 2017.  Regarded as one of the best basketball coaches in our area, Mike has led the team to numerous upsets, including an incredible Roman Catholic team in 2017 that featured a handful of high level Division 1 players.  Mike shares his hoop journey and some of the ways he maximizes talent through his coaching style and philosophy.  This episode features some amazing teaching points for coaches, players and educators!  Enjoy!
