After a short stint the NBL is back, the WNBL is rolling, NBL Oz Gamers are rolling, what a time.

The NBL regular season is here, Jack's keeping track of days in terms of "game day" only and we take a look at some of the standouts from the round as well as shouting out Lauren Jackson's emotional Opals farewell and the usual Rate or Hate, Grateful For and the works.

He did it, our man Jack McVeigh walked out of Darwin with an MVP trophy in his hands but it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows up there. Jack talks about how overwhelming the experience was for him after coming back from injury and the guys chop it up after meeting in person at the NBL Blitz.
