In today’s episode I break down how to develop your own program. This is intended for people who have some experience exercising in the past or doing some sort of physical activity, but all can learn something here. If you find making a program or sticking with it is difficult I encourage you to seek the guidance of a trainer, and please reach out if you have need any recommendations!
