Shooting the Bull: The Official Championship Darts Circuit Podcast

The biggest darts event of the year deserves a prediction show that actually delivers — and this one brings together four voices who know the game from every angle. Anthony Eugenia, Jules van Dongen, Sean Green, and KJ McGlinn break down the matchups, momentum swings, and potential shockwaves heading into the Paddy Power PDC World Darts Championship.

With former Ally Pally competitor Jules van Dongen offering player-level insight, Anthony and Sean digging into form trends and stats, and KJ bringing the energy of the North American darts community, this is the predictions panel fans wait for all season.

• First-round battles that could flip the bracket

• The seeds most vulnerable to early exits

• Which North American players could disrupt expectations

• Dark horses, dream matchups, and gut-feel picks

• Momentum, mindset, and who's peaking at the right time

• Tournament arcs that could shape the entire championship

• And the walk on songs you don't want to miss

This isn't surface-level chatter. It's grounded, honest, and fueled by people who live and breathe the sport — on the stage, behind the scenes, and inside the fanbase. If you want predictions that actually make sense (and a few bold calls that might age gloriously or horrifically), this is your episode.

In this Thanksgiving episode, Anthony Eugenia sits down with Phill Barrs of Online Darts for an honest, wide-ranging conversation about gratitude, growth, and the road ahead for darts in North America and worldwide.

They break down the 2025/26 Paddy Power World Darts Championship, including the new 128-player format, what it means for seeded players, and how the early-round schedule changes the pressure for everyone—especially defending champion Luke Littler, who enters Ally Pally "running riot" and picking up everything in sight.

Anthony and Phill also analyze the draws for North American and CDLC qualifiers, including: Adam Sevada, Stowe Buntz, David Cameron, Matt Campbell, Leonard Gates, Alex Spellman, and Jesús Salate—with Phill giving straight, unfiltered assessments of every matchup.

Other topics include: • How Online Darts was built through risk, timing, and a passion for the sport • Whether Ally Pally has outgrown its size as darts' biggest stage • The rise of darts coverage in the U.S. and the opportunity with Peacock • Prize money vs. rankings and whether a points system is the future • Youth pathways, JDC Gibraltar, and the next generation of North American talent • Farewells to two icons: George Noble and John McDonald

It's heartfelt, insightful, and packed with real talk about where the sport is going next.
