We then chat about the intense world of Strava segment hunting & the Edmonton run scene with Patrick Sperling (@dumpster_diver). We close out the show with a recap of the Vancouver Virtual Beer Mile including chats with the champions, Ian Thomson (@brewforthought) and Maddie Wiseman (@maddie_wiseman_).
First, Ryan catches up with Mel Ofner (@MelSays) from Run Distrikt in North Vancouver. With a due date set for next week, they talk about the importance that running played throughout her pregnancy.
