Short Stories and Sneak Peeks

A Sneak Peek of the audiobook Dark Whispers in the Night. Written by K.J. North and narrated by me (Heather Thvierge.)

Dark Whispers in the Night is the second book in K. J. North's trilogy about  human trafficking and private investigators Belle and Jackson Avery determination to stop it. The first was "Throw Away Girls" which I also narrate.

I'm a fan of K.J. North's ability to write stories about human trafficking with enough plausibility to inspire fear, but without the graphic details. She also stresses the importance of family and friends in good and bad times.

Dark Whispers in the Night is coming exclusively to Audible in mid May 2026.

My take on this classic short story written by Edgar Allen Poe.

Short Stories and Sneak Peeks is a new podcast for those who like  audiobooks and audio short stories.
