We all crave to be rich, but even more importantly, it is about working on ourselves and our character. That is why you should surround yourself with great people, and practise decision making.

This year is a transition year for many of us due to the macro-economics, industry instability, and perhaps our own transformations.

This year is the year to double down on your principles, build new skills, sharpen existing ones, rebuild your confidence and resilience, and surround yourself with the right people.

Remember, we play the long game; that is how we can win in the long run. Be patient and keep going!

Remember, struggle is okay, and it will eventually reveal that you are trying. Your gut might also tell you what works and what doesn't. Listen to your heart and keep following the process.
