                • We charge a service charge the social housing provider, in turn, charges their sub-leasers the service charge plus an additional fee. 
                  • The block management company is completing all the work, but the social housing provider is able to make a further charge. 
                    • Before we look at how management agents work it is necessary to look at what they are paid.
