On this Thanksgiving day, I am very thankful today for all of you listening to this Podcast. Something that I have not yet talked about is who should we hire first as an entrepreneur in the animal rehab field? First, we need to understand the pros and cons of each option. Then we have to understand how to risk mitigate against the cons.

Most of us tend to want to hire another clinician or therapist first so that we can build up a caseload and offload it to someone else. Without the support staff, it is much harder for a therapist to do their job at the highest level though.
