Just had a conversation with one of my friends and I wanted to share my thoughts.

So going into the new year I want to leave positive vibrations and truly be in a place of Healing and self reflection. This episode was deep for me. Took a lot to do without breaking down. But hope this helps someone!

The happiest I’ve been in a long time. That feeling of connection and flow. I thought it was mutual. I went all in operating on a fantasy. Parts of me wish I hadn’t. Yet, huge pieces of me wish we could go back. I was falling in love and it ran him away. The only guy I’ve ever been able to write positive poetry about. It ended all too soon. Now I’m just reflective
