One of the bills that the Utah legislature is considering would tell the judicial branch of the government in Utah how to do their jobs. Specifically, it would affect their key power to decide whether or not laws are unconstitutional. Is this allegiant to the checks and balances that hold our democracy together? KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests about this on A Woman's View.
