This episode is one I take seriously because it does not only affect us personally as individuals but also other people. We sometime downplay the importance of personal hygiene for reasons best known to us but I'm here to tell you, that shouldn't be the case. So on this episode, I talked about how to take our hygiene seriously, some implications of not taking our hygiene seriously and some myths/misconceptions about personal hygiene. I felt so invested in this episode because I long for a world where you don't have to worry about your day/mood being ruined because someone didn't make their "personal" hygiene, personal. Enjoy!

I'm back from my hiatus but unlike Adele, my return is nothing spectacular. I'm not back with a hit single but at least please, go easy on me. It was taking more time than I thought to publish the full episode of the topic "Talking stages" which was why I decided to release a bonus episode to let you all know what to expect on the full episode. I basically introduced the topic and expressed my dissatisfaction with the number of failed talking stages that I've had 😭😭.

First jobs can be thrilling and they can be quite an experience. For first jobs, most people might not know what they really want which could lead to them getting jobs they might not be satisfied with, I happen to be most people 😂😭. On this episode I talked about why I got my first job, how I got it, how it went and why I quit. Heads up, I worked for only three days 😂. If your first job was amazing, lucky you but pleaseee, I did not know better hence why I accepted the job but I know better now so don't make fun of me 😭😭. People sometimes feel the need to tell us things that they think about us and honestly, you can try as much as possible to avoid it but people will always have UNSOLICITED OPINIONS about you and a number of them will even have the audacity to approach you. So on this episode, I basically talked about how to identify unsolicited opinions, some of the reasons I think people have unsolicited opinions and the implications of such opinions. It was really fun recording this episode after like a million tries 😂😭.

Unsolicited opinions come whether you want them or not, that's why they're unsolicited but do we have to deal with them or just accept them?
