A lot of the times new years resolutions are big and over ambitious causing us to fail within the first month. What if we set aside the idea of huge resolutions and followed small goals instead. This year take a different approach and create a plan. Write down long term nd short term goals and have a plan to put in action. Break the cycle of continuously setting the same new years resolutions each year.
