After 18 years of serving at risk youth on the ground, it was time to make a few changes. Same purpose with a larger platform. This is an opportunity for me to help those navigating mental health hardships via encouragement, resource sharing and vulnerability. The overall goal is to help save lives.

      I will also touch on topics like Meds, Mental Health, UFO's, Trauma, Goals, Future episodes and more. Tune in!
