Hi, I'm Sean Tumilson, and I post daily episodes on different topics in which I am an expert or at least claim to be. My original background is in international relations and foreign languages, of which I speak five, and I was a Spanish interpreter for about ten years. However, in my early thirties, I made a career change and became a personal trainer after finding a passion for health and fitness.
