Here are the questions you need to ask yourself:

• Are you interested in building + mentoring a team? Or are you more interested in helping people with their health + wellness? Or both?
• In the next 5-10 years do you see yourself as a top person in your company?
• If the company goes under or volume changes, do you have other streams of income to support you?
• If you could be making 10k+ months right now, what would your business look like?

If you want to build your NWM company, then 100% go all in!

If growing a team is not your passion, vision or goal, you will not reach a steady financial place on JUST NWM commissions.

Regardless if you want to stay in or leave, I highly recommend you build a personal brand outside of your NWM company + consider creating additional streams of income. Being savvy in more than one business will position you as a more of an expert in the market + protect you financially!
