This week I share my podcast journey where I finally embrace the notion that it's my show and I can do what I want with it.  I had to work my way through a lot of "shoulds" to get here.

Why is it we podcasters take so long to get that it's our show and we get to call the shots? While it's all about giving the listeners what they want, we get to determine how we do it.

It's not just podcasters though, we all listen to the shoulds and often don't do it our way.
