This week, ShoutOut marks World Aids Day which takes place on the 1st December every year. With a vigil just finishing on College Green in Bristol, Matthew phones in to update the team. Terry gives some background on HIV and AIDS and how things have changed over the decades, plus Andy and Steff speak to THT and a THT service user.

October 11th is National Coming Out day so the team talk about the issues around "coming out" and sharing some of our own stories and those of our guests.
