Sometimes overthinking can be a big problem, the cycle of second guessing what I want to make often ends in nothing being done. Even when you set yourself a deadline, I found that creating daily content really helped me do this and gave me a perceived accountability to... keep going.

Today I share some stories about videos calls and why I don't like them

But the truth is, we can’t take on the suffering of the entire world every day. This constant stream of bad news can drain our inspiration and emotional energy, leaving us paralyzed. We'll discuss how to protect your creative space, manage the overwhelming noise, and still find ways to produce meaningful work amidst global chaos.

Todays episode is sort of in response to a thread by Adam Mosseri the Head of Instagram where he has said Followers art important.

But I disagree - Followers give control to the creator. This doesn't favour the platforms and this is why they push attention & engagement metrics over followers.
