We are back for another week of Caps hockey! I have coaxed the Mermaid out her cove to speak her words of wisdom with us once again...

We begin with a somewhat overdue thank-you to two of our most loyal and awesome listeners--Lisa Desabrais and Eric Hayes.  Their kindness and support of the show cannot be overstated. You guys rock!

After that, I take time to scold those who take a "stay in your lane" approach to "other" sports being mentioned alongside the Caps.  We are after all a community and anything the Caps support, naturally we at the Powerplay Point Podcast will support also.....well most things anyway.

The Hockey---three games: one agonizing in every way and two others that were hard fought and victorious.  Anna and I present our usual custom analysis of what went wrong---and right.  More love for Garnet Hathaway from me and some for Radko Gudas from the Mermaid.

And a look towards the Caps' upcoming road trip up North (and West) as we go "Over the Border".  You'll want to come a little bit closer for this one...
