Anna and I go over what turned out to be a somewhat short week on the ice for Our Washington Capitals. We try to make things......magical, however.

Our Special Guest this week is Josh Kirby of the Josh Kirby on Sports Podcast  He joins us to share his thoughts on the Caps' fortunes this season as well as the recent trade deadline acquisitions.  He also provides some information about a sport that doesn't get a whole lot of attention but should--the sport of disc golf.  Please check his show out I'm sure you will love his entertaining style.

It's on to the recaps of the two game, both vs the same opponent, the Jets from the 'Peg. A win and then a loss. A high and a low, an joy then a letdown.....you get the idea.
