Our Washington Capitals head into the All Star Break with more than a few question marks. Joining me this week to cover the final 2 games before the break is Cheryl Anne Forster, a longtime Caps fan who is a regular attendee of games at CapitalOne including the lone home game this past week against the Oilers.
