With the Mermaid off for family reasons, Cheryl Anne Forster joins in to go over a turbulent week for Our Capitals.

Naturally when there are two losses back to back in regulation, we're not happy...and when we're not happy...strong words get used. Let's just say there's a lot of....usage going on here.
