Have you ever had one of those days where everything goes wrong… I mean EVERYTHING.

Well this is the type of day I had back in January, one of the biggest snow storms of the year combined with a traumatic event was a recipe for disaster. I share this story because being mindful 100% of the time is hard, and we aren’t always going to get it right. Sometimes what’s waiting for us on the other side of disaster is a heightened sense of awareness and acceptance. From tragedy I found an amazing healing modality in Chiropractic care, which has become a staple in my self care routine. I was also provided with the opportunity to accept things out of my control and to stop projecting negative “false” realities that bring more suffering. Self development is hard work! I’m hear to share reminding you that we all are doing our best!
