The title says it all really doesn’t it? Mitchell is back and letting loose on his flogs of 2019, while Alex is here to compliment people with his stars of 2019.

In a change up, to get Mitchell ready, Alex asks some fan questions to ease him into the night, which is hard to do after he missed his train (Is Mitch king of the flogs).

It's early we are both tired after a big weekend of watching live sport.

Alex has spent too much time in the casino this week, although he hasn't had a bet there.

Cameron is having train issues yet again.

The boys are fired up about the results of a "national" chip survey. Anger ensues with no surprise at all.

Cricket world cup and the first few days of the tournament, take up a fair bit of time as the boys break down the early games.

We are live and in living colour from Lane Cove, residence of "Hat Alex" where Alex and Cam are in preparation for tomorrow (19/5) half marathon and get into how they have prepared for the event.

They dive into week that was, there is gym shenanigans all over the place as they comprehend what is going on, they are also distracted by the Swans v "Norf" Melbourne game, as well as Alex interrupting at random times with betting updates for the election. 

We are midway through an AFL round and the boys breakdown what has gone on thus far, as well as touching on Tom Boyd and his recent retirement.

The slash over slips, turns into a debate about who Australia's best ever ODI player was and they are both staunch in their thoughts.

Irish Whip, and mainly a BOSJ update on Robbie Eagles is talked about, as well as  breakdown on Becky Lynch and why Alex has gravitated to her so much. Saudi Arabia has taken a show in Australia's team, but hey its a money grab and we all know it. They quickly breakdown the Money In The Bank PPV and who should / will win matches.

Will Zion go to the New Orleans Pelicans ? Most importantly they get into some of the worst team names in the history of sport. 

Who will win Game Of Thrones, as always there is a betting market. But the boys do discuss something topical!

Mitch Byrne gets way too much air time as Alex gives us another betting update on the election, and that wraps them up as they need to get to bed before this run.

This week on a special midweek edition of #SWNN - where it is officially Episode 12

We have a special guest host in Mitchell Byrne, who is off the bench while Cameron is still struck down by a nasty throat injury.

The boys are all over the place with the differing time and start, as they quickly jump into the week that was, Alex got over his hat issues and can drink again as he wraps up Wagga.
