Then things take a turn into the deep end (pun intended): between swimmer’s ear and stolen shower concerts, adulthood’s been doing the most lately.

We count a few “Adulthood vs Us” moments, from losing our shower concerts to ignoring our own intrusive thoughts. But in all the chaos, we also talk about reclaiming small joys, whether it’s reading again, doing this podcast, or finding your thing (hello, weekly swims 💦).
